In case of receiving the Damaged product or if our customer does not receive the package then we compensate the same with sending a new package with any charges and even we can Refund Policy your amount if you decide to do it that way. 

If your parcel falls any of the listed reason, you may return your goods.

  • Goods received in a damaged condition.
  • Incorrect goods shipped.
  • If you did not received parcel, you can request for redelivery too else our verification department once approved we will process your moneyback application.

Note: All the goods should be sent back to us in orignal packing and accessories if any.

You can send us your request mentioning Moneyback Claim in subject field. As soon as we received goods from yourside and our verification department approves, one of our customer service agent will entertain your request with facility of exchange, credits or a prompt Refund Policy.
